- Issue 2: Sell Out
- Issue 3: Connect
SEIZE Issue 3 holds a magnifying glass to the tangled web of friends, lovers, coworkers, housemates, classmates, hinge dates, Instagram mutuals, and chance encounters that shape young creative life. It features a variety of interviews, essays, photographs, and artworks from a variety of London Creatives.
This time around, I was able to be involved in the creative process from the very start. Helping to shape what would eventually become the visual tone of this issue. We wanted to depart from the dense and colorful atmosphere of the previous cover and lean into a more stark and digital cover to reflect the topics covered inside. This led to the final design of the cover as shown, as well as a variety of social media and event visuals to go along with it.
Process
SEIZE is an independent magazine documenting the state of the London creative scene through the eyes of young people aged 20 to 30. Founded by two former Central Saint Martins students, Lucy and Natalie, it began as a way to proactively create opportunities for themselves and their peers. Their mission is to provide a space for young creatives to speak honestly about their lives and work, while bringing fresh perspectives to a wider audience.
